11 Reasons To Date A Girl Who Works-Out

There are certain characteristics especially distinct to girls who work out- characteristics that are extremely appealing and make them worthy of dating. Here are a few reasons why you should go for the girl who works out:

1. She will eat anything with you.

Don't worry about the "I don't know, anything" response when you ask her where she wants to eat. She already knows what she wants- whether its burgers, wings, or Chipotle- guaranteed you'll be fine with anything she chooses. And of course she'll be down to eat at any hour of the day.

2. She will keep you motivated.

She's constantly hitting the gym, which will inevitably keep you pressured to go too. Most of the time when you ask her what she is up to, her response will be related to her day's gym plan. This will usually follow up with her questioning if you have gone yet, which will of course then motivate you to go. Besides, #nodaysoff.

3. Her day will not revolve around you.

The gym is her priority, whether you like it or not. Once her workout is done for the day, then she will find time for you. So you won't have to worry about her being clingy or wanting to hangout constantly, because in reality the gym is her real number one.

4. You'll love how she dresses.

Yoga pants, leggings, spandex- come on, you know that is your favorite look on a girl, and that is what you'll constantly find her wearing.

5. She's confident.

She won't be complaining about how she looks all the time because she works hard to look great! You never have to worry about reassuring her constantly. Her confidence will be her best feature.

6. She's always down for gym dates.

She'll love to go workout together whenever you want, and you'll never have to worry about finding a gym buddy. She'll be there to spot you and check you out in the mirror. Working out together scientifically builds a stronger connection between two people, so might as well take advantage!

7. She's a go-getter

When she has her mind on something, she'll get it done. You never have to worthy about anything being wishy-washy because she knows what she wants and knows how to make it happen. Her motivation and drive will inspire you.

8. She won't be high maintenance.

Constantly working out keeps her life pretty sane. She'll rarely be on edge and you can always count on her being in a great mood after she works out. Its all about the endorphins.

9. She lives a healthy lifestyle.

She's an advocate for drinking protein shakes, protein bars, drinking water constantly, getting enough sleep, having rest days, and avoiding any type of food deemed unhealthy. You can't help but admire this, and it'll likely motivate you to want to be healthy too.

10. She's trustworthy and reliable.

She dedicates herself to the gym and pushing to be her best self so there's no doubt she will do the same for you and the relationship.

11. She'll keep your confidence up.

She'll always compliment you on how you look, and if you're looking more muscular or leaner she'll definitely let you know. This will keep you appreciating her more than ever.

You won't be disappointed with a girl who works out, so go for it!

In case you're unaware, "resting bitch face" is the term used to describe when a person's natural, expressionless face makes it look like they are mad at the world. Whether they are walking down the street or simply spacing out thinking about what to eat for dinner, it's very easy for others to assume that this person is either upset or mad at them. Because of this, those of us with Resting Bitch Face (RBF), and especially us women, have all experienced many of the same situations and conversations, including:

At the tender age of 18, we are bestowed with the title of “adult.” For 17 years, we live under the rules and guidelines of our parents, school, and government, and to stray from any of those rules or guidelines marks us as a rebel. At 18, though, we must choose which college we want to go to or what career we want. We are allowed and encouraged to vote. We can buy lottery tickets and cigarettes. We can drop out of school, leave our household, and do other "adult" things. At 18, we start down a path of thinking for ourselves, when for the entirety of our lives other institutions have been mandated to think and do for us.

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.
