Thanksgiving, the holiday where we gorge ourselves with delicious food and then wait for the clock to strike midnight so we can trample the isles of stores for amazing Black Friday deals. Aside from the food and sales (because we all love a good sale), let Thanksgiving mean something a little more this year.

Here are 17 reasons why I am thankful for 2017:

1. My loving family.

2. My friends back in New Jersey.

3. Graduating from high school.

4. Oklahoma State University.

5. Making new friends aka my AMAZING Cowboy Family.

6. Full coverage foundation.

7. Three new tattoos.

8. Bath & Body Works stress relief line (seriously all of it).

9. Having my eyebrows grow back (have a chuckle over this one but they've been over-plucked since the seventh grade).

10. Finding a roommate who became my best friend.

12. Whole grain Cheez-Itz (try them).

13. My flat iron.

14. The release of new seasons to all of my favorite Netflix shows.

15. Urban Decay's 'All Nighter' setting spray.

16. GOD and those around me who keep me blessed every single day.
