9 Reasons I Am Obsessed With Amazon
Extreme Tech

We all have heard of the wonderful website and app Amazon. Where we can buy things and have them delivered to our front doors in a matter of two to three days. Well, let me tell you, I take full advantage of this website and so should you!

1. Right at your fingertips

Not only can you buy stuff off of your desktop or computer, you can download the app to your phone and shop wherever you are. Whether you are at the grocery store, in class, waiting in traffic or sitting on the couch, Amazon is right at your fingertips

2. Simple, easy, and fast

Amazon is simple, easy, and most importantly fast. The website gives you options of how fast you want your delivery and let me tell you they are the fastest delivery company I have ever used.

3. No time to run to the grocery store during the week?

We all have busy lives and do not always have the time to go shopping for the little things. Amazon allows you to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. without having to go to the store.

4. Books!

As a college student, we are buying books at least twice a year. Instead of waiting for book companies to snail mail your book, Amazon sends it to you in under five days if it is in stock. Plus Amazon usually has lower prices

5. Shoes, shoes, shoes!

I am what people would call a shoe hoarder. I love all the latest and greatest sneakers, sandals, boots, etc. If I see a cute pair of shoes, Amazon always has them and I am able to get them in less than four days! You can be rocking your new shoes before you know it with using Amazon.

6. I like to be organized

Are you just as much of a clean freak as I am? Well, you will love Amazon just as much as me. Command hooks, Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, Lysol, etc. are all available on Amazon and can be delivered in less than two days! Keep our life organized and clean with Amazon!

7. Three Clicks and you are done.

Not only does Amazon have everything you can think of, but ordering is so easy and simple. Once you’ve set up and account with your payment method and shipping address all you have to do is find the item, select purchase, then click order! Those three simple steps and your order is complete

8. Delivery

My favorite part about Amazon is that you can see when your items are being delivered. The app updates you on whether it is out for delivery or if it has been delivered to your front door.

9. Return Policy

Don't you hate when you order something and you end up not liking it, not wanting it, or getting the wrong thing? But you don't want to go through the hassle of returning it? Amazon's return policy is the best any business has to offer. First of all, they pay for your return shipping and they put the money right back on to your card

If I haven't sold you on how amazing Amazon is I am not sure what will. If you are just as obsessed with this business as I am, click the share button so our fellow obsessors can relate to our obsession as well!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
