6 Reasons Why I Love The Hallmark Channel

1. Hallmark is forever.

Hallmark has been around my whole life. I can always count on them to churn out a heap of new holiday flicks to lighten up my heart and clutter up my DVR.

2. The Commercials.

It’s a holiday tradition to cry during Hallmark commercials. What other channel makes you literally look forward to the commercials?

3. For reminding you to buy a card for your mom.

Almost every one of those commercials? About how the right choice in card can properly convey your heart's deepest sentiments. It’s pretty hard to forget to pick up a card for your mom whilst being constantly reminded to do so.

4. For indulging my inner romantic.

Sometimes, you just need to watch a film where the two main characters (who are clearly destined for each other) are guaranteed to live happily ever after.

5. For filling our hearts with magic.

Almost without fail, Hallmark movies feature a magical moment where everything seems alright with the world. These special moments usually feature snow, always a fabulous wardrobe, and sometimes both!

6. They remind you of what’s important.

The message of nearly every movie is that the meaning of life can be found in love and in family. What a beautiful message to always remember – especially during the holiday season!

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.

What's up Asshat,

I've composed a list of things that I wish upon you, and they're harsh and cruel. These things are things that I wouldn't wish upon my worst of enemies, not even that Starbuck's barista who always screws up my order, not even him. You fall into a whole other category of hate. You surpass Starbucks barista. Congratulations, I'm actually a pretty nice person, making you worthy of every single bit of torture I wish upon you. What are these things I wish upon you you might ask?
