Crocs were one of the most popular shoes when I was in elementary and middle school. Just like lots of fashion items, they eventually fell out of style and were never thought of by many people, until now. I declare from this point forward that Crocs should make a come back, and here are 9 reasons why.

1. They're comfortable.

Look at that wonderfulness. So comfy, especially with socks. Walking with crocs on is like having shoes that are like soft pillows on your feet.

2. They're convenient.

Just slip these bad boys on and you're ready to go. No fuss at all!

3. They're versatile.

Anybody can wear them-- see the picture above? These kids are as happy as can be enjoying their Crocs.

4. They come in ton of colors.

Look at all those colors, and there are even more besides this! Any color you can imagine-- they probably have it.

5. They're waterproof.

Wanna take a dip in your Crocs? Accidentally spill something on them? No worries.

6. All kinds of different styles

Crocs for everyone in your family! Young or old-- they have some for everyone!

7. They have all kinds of designs.

Don't want just plain colored Crocs? They have your back! They have all types of different designs, including these tie dye ones which can be found here!

8. Anyone can wear them.

It doesn't matter age,weight, height-- anyone can enjoy and wear Crocs! There is no age limit!

9. They're nostalgic.

Crocs reminds me of a time when life was simpler, and I only worried about what TV show I was going to watch when I got home from school.

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.
