It's not the reason you think.

You're single because it's just not your time, it's that simple.

There is nothing wrong with you, stop picking yourself apart. It's honestly that simple, right now you're meant to be alone. You're meant to spend time with your friends and family, but most of all you're meant to spend time with yourself.

You're meant to take yourself on dates. Meant to watch crappy romcoms by yourself and meant to focus on your own future right now.

You aren't single because you skipped the party, or stayed home when your friends wanted to take you out. You aren't single because you spoke to loud or voiced your opinions. Why should you silence yourself for a man's sake?

Don't fall for that bullshit sweetheart.

You aren't single because you sing too loud and off key, for focusing on your grades or for working long hours to pay the bills. You aren't single because you made out with some guy when you swore you'd stay sober that night.

You aren't single because you went back to him even after he broke you and you aren't single because you chose to leave again. I'm still proud that you chose yourself.

You aren't single for being too passionate, too loud, too involved, too caring, too guarded, too opinionated, or too loving.

You aren't single because you're not more like her. It was honestly his lost.

You are single because you are single.

It truly is that simple.

You did nothing wrong, it's just not your time. So my darling, please focus on yourself right now. You won't be single forever, even if it feels that way now. Live this life for yourself because one day you will have someone else to focus on and there will be days that you will miss when you could be selfishly single.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. These are eleven thoughts that I have as a writer while writing my stories.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
