We all have goals. Whether those goals be long-term or short-term, we all have them. Now goals can be simple, or more out there. Women have different goals from men, and men from women. We have life goals, career goals, and many other types of goals.

As a 20 year old some of the goals you have for life, will be taken care of later because come on let's face it, 20 year olds can only do so much. We don't have the funds. We don't have time because most of us are in college.

Something seems to get in the way of our goals one way or another. Here are some goals however, that are actually achievable in 2018 as a 20 year old.

1. Get closer to God

One of my personal goals for 2018 is to grow my relationship with the Lord. I feel like it has taken the backseat and that is not good. I want to grow my relationship with Him. Having a sound relationship with the Lord makes your day go so much smoother and more relaxing.

2. Concerts

I know one of my goals is always to go to concerts and hear good music. Good music. For example, this summer I am going to see Shania Twain-who has been my favorite musician since I was seven, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, and Sam Smith-who is AMAZING! Concerts can be an experience and that is what I hope to get out of concerts, not just music, but good music with a fun experience with friends and/or family.

3. Travel

Even if you can't go out of the country or even out of your state, you can travel. I can guarantee that almost all states have something fun or adventurous for you to do. Even little ole Alabama has some fun, adventurous places. Heck, if you can go wherever you want to, DO IT.

4. Eat good food

Okay, so this comes off as kind of weird/strange to some people, but honestly good food is good for life experiences. When you travel, that is when you can get some actual good food. You may think McDonalds is good, but trust me, it's NOT good food.

5. Learn/try something new

Learning new things gives you more life experience. Learn a new language, a new art form, anything, it doesn't matter. Try new food and experiences. Make new friends. New friends are great because they can be lifelong friends that you never knew you needed.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
