Negativity is something we all have to face at some point (or maybe much more often) in our lives. But that's just a fact of life, something we have to accept. We live in a world filled with negativity and whether it's inspired by someone or something in our "bubble" or from our own subconscious, we are faced with the battle for happiness on a constant basis.
But why? The first step to understanding how to deal with negativity and its effects are to understand that it's going to happen, and that's normal. Having someone in your life you can go talk to when you're feeling weighed down is one of the best ways for you to overcome negativity when it becomes too much to handle. The students in this video are a couple of those people for me, and we wanted to sit down and have some REAL talk about some of the REAL issues young people face today when it comes to dealing with negativity.
