WE SHOULD KNOW THE POTENTIAL OF OURSELVES.

The fact is that, most of us don't even know the value of ourselves.Self value is more behavioural than emotional. We will consider ourselves in such a bad way To value something goes beyond regarding it as important; you also appreciate its qualities, while investing time, energy, effort, and sacrifice in its nurturing or maintenance. So if we are not valuing ourselves, we won't be giving much importance to ourself. Any ways we all are human beings so, sometimes it may be a basic human character. When we are not giving much preference to ourselves, in fact we are losing faith in ourselves. People think that the worst feeling in this world is losing the one you value, but the truth is that the most painful thing is losing yourself for some one else. The worst part in that is we don't understand that.

A common thing which we all are doing is COMPARISON. We compare anything with everything around us. We compare ourselves with our colleagues or friends. Based upon that we value ourselves.Valuing others more than ourselves makes our self-value soar. It also carries substantial social reward. We will say that, OH, I am not as good as him.... Why do we need to do that??? Unless we are not fruits or vegetables, we don't want to compare ourselves with the good ones or bad ones.

When we are trying to prove our value to some one, we had already forgotten our self value. Don't force yourself to fit in where you don't belong. So if you feel that you are not getting enough respect or value, don't want to hold on. The best thing to do is just move on. If you are that you are holding the same situation you are actually forgetting one thing. Everyone in this world has a self respect. When you are doing this, you are changing your self. Changes are good, but if it is for someone else, it won't be as good as we think. Because if we change ourselves for some one else, we are forgetting ourselves and letting others to take advantage of that situation and it will destroy our self confidence.

The first thing we should do is to know our potential to do each and every things in life. If we don't value ourselves, we will begin to hate ourselves. we will start finding mistakes and thinks that we are bad at those things. We will compare ourselves with others. When we compare ourselves with others the love, self respect and all which we have towards ourselves will gradually decreases and this may results in depression. When we are not considering ourselves important, we will not look after our health and body. even our mind will be so much worried because of this.

Love yourselves and follow your dreams because if you want it bad enough... it will happen. It is always better to surround yourselves with people who see your value and remind you of it because your value does not decrease based on someone inability to see your worth. When we undervalue who we are, the world will undervalue what we do. So when we honour and value ourself, we are honouring god, because we are his creation, a beautiful reflection of him.

Dear Mom,

You took care of me and my brothers our entire lives and you still continue to! I will not be able to truly grasp all of the hard work that you put into this family until I create my own one day. But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
