Disney is famous for creating gorgeous environments in their films—places that leave a magical and mesmerizing feeling in its viewers. Many of these are real places that can be visited. Many places have merely inspired Disney, and some it appears needed no alternation because they are purely magic on Earth.

Mont Saint-Michel in Normandy, France

This castle was the inspiration in the movie "Tangled."

Chateau du Chambord, France

This castle was the model of the eerie home of the Beast in "Beauty and the Beast." It is alleged that Leonardo Da Vinci himself contributed designs to the construction of the castle. It was built as a hunting lodge for Francis I...a hunting lodge.

Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany

Originally intended to be a private retreat for King Ludwig II, Neuschwanstein was the beauty behind the famous castle in "Sleeping Beauty." It holds private tours to the public, and has ever since King Ludwig died in order to make up for the outrageous amount of money he spent constructing it.

Hotel de Glace, Canada

Who knew the inspiration for Elsa's ice castle was just up north in Quebec City, Canada? It takes over a month for 50 workers to rebuild this hotel every season for its three-month lifespan before it must be taken down in April each year.

Château de Chenonceau, France

Cinderella's Castle has sited a number of castles as its inspiration, but many agree Château de Chenonceau had the greatest effect on its appearance. The original construction of the castle dates back to possibly before the 11th century.

Château de Chillon, Switzerland

The obvious inspiration of Prince Eric's castle in "The Little Mermaid" is located on the edge of Lake Geneva.

Alcázar of Segovia, Spain

Currently a museum, this castle served as the main inspiration of the castle in "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves." It was also an inspiration for Cinderella's castle, with a similar architectural style as Château de Chenonceau.

Dunnottar Castle, Scotland

The castle in "Brave" holds true to this medieval fortress in northern Scotland. Fun fact: you've probably seen it before because it has long been an option as a background in Microsoft Windows.

Taj Mahal, India

Perhaps the most famous of them all, the Sultan's Palace in "Aladdin" was modeled after the Taj Mahal. Commissioned by Shah Jahan to be the tomb for his favorite wife, it cost over the equivalent of $827 million today.

In addition to these gorgeous castles and fortresses, there are many real life settings that were incorporated into Disney movies such as Angel Falls, Venezuela in "Up!," The Parthenon of Athens in "Hercules," and the Forbidden City in Beijing as seen in "Mulan." These sites are surely beautiful on screen, but they are also must-sees in reality.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
