1. It's okay to not want to stay in one place, to not want to be with the same people. It’s okay to get bored of people, just make sure you're not actually bored of yourself.

2. You can restart your life as many times as you want, just find comfort in starting over.

3. There is no such thing as feeling "too much". Feel every emotion that washes over you to the fullest, good or bad.

4. Everything won't always work out. Life will not just fall into place, but work with what you have while you have it.

5. Let yourself get hurt, a flower doesn't grow without a storm.

6. Growing up does not entail life slowing down; no one can stay young forever.

7. You are allowed to feel sorry for yourself, just don't force others to feel sorry for you too.

8. It's okay to not know how you feel, it's okay to be scared, but don't live your life behind closed doors. Nothing will tear you apart more than watching someone live the life you created for yourself but were too afraid to live.

9. You may not feel bad lying to those around you, but lying to yourself will haunt you every day.

10. Be positive, but don’t hide from the negativity in the world— despite your best efforts it will always be there.

11. Listen to other people's advice, but don't always take it; chances are they don't know what's best for you.

12. If someone is walking on eggshells around you, expect to see them to walk away from you.

13. Being selfish for your own mental health Is 100% allowed, but remember your actions do effect those around you.

14. Change who you are, but only for yourself.

15. Fall in love, but don't forget that falling out of love is beautiful too.
