There are have been many times where I go to sleep at night with the intention of waking up, getting ready, and looking like a functioning member of society for the day. However, by the time the morning comes I talk myself into hitting the snooze button until the very last minute leaving no time for makeup. I have gone through this routine so many times that I have found some tricks to looking awake and refreshed when I actually just rolled out of bed. Here are five simple tips to looking like you’re ready to take on the day.
1. Drink so much water
Drinking water truly is the solution for everything. Staying hydrated is is essential for keeping your skin healthy. By drinking enough water you can skip the foundation and embrace your natural skin instead!
2. Be the queen of vaseline
Rather than using highlighter to get the perfect glow, you can quickly swipe some vaseline over your cheekbones and on the tip of your nose. This way when the light hits you you’ll give the illusion of a healthy glow and it only takes a second. You can also make your lashes look great quickly by putting vaseline on them and then curling them.
3. Conceal don’t feel
Nothing makes a person look more exhausted than having dark bags under their eyes. If you’ve pulled too many all nighters dab a little bit of concealer under your eyes to brighten them immensely. 4. Where’s the chapstick?
