Some people wonder why it takes some women so long to get ready. Well, there's a lot going on inside our heads. It's not like we can just throw on the first outfit we find! We want to look the best and in order to do that, it takes time and precision. It's all about dressing to impress and once we are ready, well, we will impress.

So, I give you the process when getting ready to out.

1. I'm going out tonight. I should probably start to get ready.

I think this will work. I look good. Let's go.

2. What the hell was I thinking? That outfit is terrible.

3. Okay, now this is perfect.

4. I think I'm ready! Wait, I should probably eat something so I can get a salad at dinner. I don't want to look like the fat person I am.

5. What if they don't want to get dessert?

6. Oh, a text! Am I almost ready to go? Listen, I'll be ready when I'm ready.

7. Uh.. I'll tell them yes even though I'm not even close to being prepared for this.

Ugh I'm so fat! Why did I just eat all that?!?

8. OK! Get it together! You can do this. *Turns on music*

9. Are you seriously asking me what takes me so long? Well I don't know...

10. OK, I'm ready.

11. I should probably tell them to come pick me up now...

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
