I'm writing to you after completing a full day of eating only raw foods. Yes, one full day, raw food only--no meat, no eggs, no dairy even.
Why did I do this? Because after receiving a specialty discount on a week of Bikram hot yoga, I felt refreshed and relieved. There's something exciting about summer that inspires me to keep active and eat clean. (Come Winter and it's a whole different story.) The yoga habit is a bit too expensive for me to maintain, so I decided to experiment. Plus, I've been inspired in the kitchen lately and overall was feeling confident in my self-control. Why not try a day of eating raw food?
I'm still astonished that I've lived to tell the tale, but also really proud, so give it a try! You'll feel very refreshed with proper nutrients and overall much healthier
