14. Syracuse Orangemen

These jerseys aren't bad just the all mono-navy is the odd set-out

13. Wake Forrest Deamon Decons

Once again another set of uniforms with one questionable choice

12. Boston College Eagles

The first simple set of uniforms simple and plain could do better add in maybe a gray or charcoal

11. Virginia Cavaliers

Good use of navy and orange plus being Nike helps

10. Miami Hurricanes

Miami cracks the top ten barley. The switch to Adidas wasn't great but those classic colors have so much tradition in them

9. Virginia Tech Hokies

The Hokies do a great job combining maroon, white, and orange together for a variety of different uniforms plus adding in that subtle stripe for their military appreciation uniforms

8. North Carolina State Wolfpack

The wolfpack added in a gray jersey that adds to the plain white and red sets. Would really like to see these guys switch to Nike

7. Pittsburgh Panthers

The panthers just added these uniforms just before the 2016 college football season. They also added a blue and yellow throwback

6. Duke Blue Devils

Duke also added new uniforms before the start of this season. The blue is very plain but the black jersey makes up for it.

5. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

The jackets have a very simple concept golden and white with the addition of navy

4. Louisville Cardinals

The cardinals have one some of the greatest colors with red black and white incorporating in matte and flat black helmets.

3. Clemson Tigers

The tigers have another a classic uniform. They combine orange,white, and purple. The only reason the tigers aren't higher is because they rarely bring out the purple jerseys

2. North Carolina Tar Heels

The tar heels got new jerseys a couple years ago and have really given their fans something to cheer about. The choice between first and second was extremely difficult but the heels finish in second

1. Florida State Seminoles

The Seminoles have the best jerseys in the ACC. The have tweaked the garnett and gold and have come up with a thing of beauty.
