For many students in high school, the end of the school year is approaching, and the stress levels are getting higher and higher. All of my incredibly hardworking and overachieving friends are hitting a level of stress for which they have almost given up in school. This short message is for anyone who really needs some motivation or some advice to overcome stress:
Believe in yourself. If you have the correct mindset, you can achieve anything. If your grades are falling or if you are having some problems with your friends, don't drive yourself crazy and just remember that nothing is impossible.
Try not to procrastinate. Most of my stress comes from procrastinating, and I end up staying up late, trying to finish up a project that I knew about for a month.
Work hard, but do not overwork. You deserve a life too, and struggling to balance your life can be a stress-causer.
Sometimes, its okay to fail. Ever since elementary school, our social studies teacher would tell us that the reason we study history is to prevent similar mistakes in the future. If you make mistakes and admit to them, you are more likely to learn from. Just make sure you don't fail all the time.
Finally, be confident. You have an opinion that deserves to be heard, so step out of your comfort zone and express yourself.
