This past Friday, Night 4 and Night 5 of "Five Nights at Freddy's (FNAF): the Musical" were released on YouTube. This series of videos is created by YouTube channel Random Encounters (R.E.). A.J. Pinkerton and Peter Srinivasan are the duo behind the creations (with help from Sparrow Rayne, also known as Mrs. Bird) on the channel, as they make musicals about video games.
As they say, "Part Walt Disney and part 'Monty Python,'" Random Encounters lovingly -- musically -- pokes and prods at everyone's favorite games as only a squadron of nerds could. Ludicrous, ridiculous, and undeniably crafty at the same time, Peter and A.J. invite you to dig into your inner otaku and enjoy a few incredible Random Encounters.
WARNING: Musicals are not for everyone. But they should be.
The "FNAF: the Musical" series features a few notable gamers who are a part of the "FNAF" community, like Markiplier (who claims himself to be the "King of Five Nights at Freddy's), Nathan "Nate" Sharp (gamer and singer/songwriter), and Matthew "MatPat" Patrick (aka The Game Theorists). Currently there are only five videos as there are only five nights available. However, it was hinted in Night 5 that there would be more to come, as there was a cliffhanger with a "To be continued..." screen to follow. While there is more we can expect, there will be no Night 6. At the end of Night 5, AJ appears telling us that there will be no Night 6, but a supercut/extended cut that will continue where Night 5 left off that will be released in July. To

Whether you like "FNAF" or not, you are bound to get a kick out of this musical series! With puppets instead of creepy animatronics, R.E. bring a lighter humorous tone to a game that thrives on jump scares. These musical comedic sketches are phenomenal, and if you find yourself enjoying them as much as I do, all the songs of this series are available on iTunes!
