We are all in control of the life we chose to lead. Now with this, I am not suggesting that bad days do not exist because they do. You are allowed to wake up and feel shitty, you're only human! But it is how you choose to carry on is what is important and has an impact on your life.

Confidence, otherwise known as faking it until making it. This is not something that comes overnight and there is no over the counter solutions either. It is something that takes time and patience and a willingness to want to be the best version of yourself that you can be.

Positivity all starts in the mind. Recondition the mind and anything is yours :

The first step is to know or identify what your passion and purpose are. Understand why you are on this earth and realize that you do hold value and are important.

Second, Begin to move towards your purpose. If you are passionate about something, you must work towards your goals and do things to perfect your craft. Keep your mind focused on these goals and watch yourself flourish!

Three, bye bye to bad habits. With all change comes letting go of the old and making room for the new and improved you! Let go of the people or things in your life that served no purpose before. Any negative energy or vibes are what holds you back from realizing your potential. Take a deep breath and move onto a more positive life.

Four, Who are you? Who do you want to be? These are the kinds of questions that you have to ask yourself when reconditioning your life. Write down all your dreams and aspirations. The things that make you happy and make you feel some kind of purpose. Try incorporating these things into the new you; surrounding yourself with good vibes only.

And lastly, five..Positivity.

Positive talk. Positive Mind. Positive Life. Stop undermining the things that you do or criticizing yourself. You are amazing ! Look at all you've accomplished up until this point and pat yourself on the back because you have come a long way. Look to bad days as character building moments made to make you stronger and better prepared for the future.

Recondition the mind, and anything is yours.
