Buzzfeed was founded on November 1, 2006. That day, every college student's life would be ruined. Buzzfeed quizzes are notorious for being the greatest distraction of all time. I am speaking from experience, and I do not look down upon those who choose to spend half of their class time taking these quizzes.

When nearing the end of the semester, classes can get super boring. You feel like you should already be done with the semester because it's been going on for like, 57 years (notice the exaggeration). We all feel like that. I can remember sitting in my Biology 2 class two weeks before finals, and I looked around, and just about everyone sitting around me was taking a Buzzfeed quiz.

But don't blame us for not paying attention in class, we just thought that finding out how many children we were going to have based on the outfit we picked at Forever 21 was far more important than mitosis. 8. Seeing a missed call from your parents sends fear and horror through your veins.

10. You are careful about what jokes you share with your parents.

11. "You’re not an adult until you turn 18! You can do whatever you want then!"

12. If plans change while you’re out, you better text or call.

13. Don’t talk back. Ever.

14. When you’re called by your full name, you’re in deep trouble.

15. Don’t make them call your name twice.

16. Sleepovers are not a thing.

17. Despite all of these things, you know your parents love you.
