Living with someone in a dorm room is a lot different than rooming with someone in a house. There’s less space, privacy, and boundaries. But, you come to love it. It’s like having a built in best friend. So here’s to those roommates who get along and are always there for each other. And here are 10 questions you may hear one of them asking.

1. I’m so hungry, when do you want to get dinner?

2. Can I skip my 8am?

3. Do I go to the gym or do I stay in bed and watch Netflix?

4. Does this paragraph make sense?

5. Should I even do my homework?

6. My laundry smells, do you think I should wash it?

7. Can we just skip today and fast forward to the weekend?

8. Do you think I should wear this when we go out tonight?

9. How many days are there until spring break?

10. I’m going to miss you so much, do we have to leave for summer break?

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
