October is right around the corner. Candy, Pumpkins and costumes are the first thoughts that come to my head when I think about this upcoming month.

Now, have you started thinking of your costume? Probably you have an idea of what you’d like to wear but you might think someone else has the same costume. Halloween equals originality and you don’t want to be compared to another girl with your same costume.

How can you be original? First, don’t go with the classic costumes. These include: nurse, clown, nerd, angel cat and many many more.

If you want to be unique, but have no money in your account (only for Taco Tuesday's) quick, easy and cheap is the way to go.

WARNING: you might need a costume buddy, tell your roommates to join you for this Halloween adventure.

1. French Kiss

Get a striped dress from your closet (we all have stripes in our wardrobe) and get one of those Jimmy John's free baguettes that they'll throw out at the end of the day. Makeup? That is the only thing you will need to pay for, just a white foundation and use that liquid eye liner for the Kiss designs.

2. Netflix n Chill

If you want to throw a twist on this costume, get a partner and he/she can wear a blue shirt and have the ice on her/his hand.

3. Bag of Eminems

All you need is a trash bag, a couple of pictures of Eminem and you will be the center of attention at parties when people finally understand your costume. You can even have a bag of M&M's as a prop.

4. Snakes on a plane

Get a white poster board, get some snakes in the kid section and the costume is done.

5. Cereal Killer

Old cereal boxes, fake knife and blood and this costume will be golden.

6.Disney on Ice

Get one of those tailgating coolers and create this unique look using cotton as ice!

7. Social Butterfly

Aren't we all social butterflies? Social media is in our everyday life. Snapchat should definitely be added to this social butterfly.

8. Dunkin Donuts

Get a Donut floatie at Walmart or Target, wear your gym clothes and borrow a basketball shirt from one of your guy friends. Grab a basketball to give the costume a good prop.

9. Holy Cow/ Oh Deer

The hardest part of this costume is the antlers and the halo, that's it. It's a very unique costume, so get your roommate to join you.

10. When Life gives you lemons

Add vodka? No, not this time. Get a plain White t-shirt and write the word life and carry around some lemons. This one might be tricky to understand at first for some people.

Now that I gave you some punny ideas, your next job is to choose which one is your favorite. Don't wait too late or you will end up wearing the cat costume again.
