Have you ever found yourself angry, upset, frustrated, etc. with no way to successfully let out all of your negative energy without physically hurting someone? Whether you just went through a tough breakup, failed a quiz you thought you had aced, or are even just walking behind a really slow person, sometimes you get to your car and need to just let it all out. If any of these hypothetical situations seem applicable to you, look no further. Your solution is here. I have the perfect playlist for you, a little something I like to call "The Punching Bag Playlist". Within it, you will find the perfect ballads to suit your angry and frustrated needs. Trust me, I know what it's like to be stuck in standstill traffic while already in the WORST mood ever. I know how it feels to be mad at the world for literally no reason whatsoever. Moments like these, without appropriate tunes, are truly miserable. Hopefully these eight songs will help you solve that problem. Get ready to yell.

1. "Take A Bow" (Rihanna)

From the second this song comes on, if you are not immediately inclined to drop everything and sing to yourself in the mirror, we can no longer be friends. Sorry it had to end this way.

2. "F**k You" (Cee Lo Green)[

Alright, you totally should have seen this one coming so please do not even try to judge me.

3. "What the Hell" (Avril Lavigne)

Honestly, this is one of the most underrated songs of all time. It has the perfect screaming volume and just the entire plot is relatable on so many levels.

4. "Don't Forget" (Demi Lovato)

OH WHERE do I even begin? It starts off so slow and innocent, and it just keeps building until out of NOWHERE (2:08 to be exact) you are completely overwhelmed with rage and so much emotion. It's the perfect rollercoaster.

5. "Respect" (Aretha Franklin)

This one just hits home for so many reasons. Mostly because it applies to almost every possible situation that could potentially make you angry for whatever reason. Everyone knows it too, so others are sure to join in.

6. "Hate on Me" (Glee Cast)

Okay. Hear me out. The Glee version is SO much better. Once you hear it that first time, you will never go back. There's just so much soul to it TRUST ME go play it right now and you will understand.

7. "Gives You Hell" (All American Rejects)

This one just gets everyone on a really personal level. I think it's because it's so deep of a throwback. Not to mention it's super repetitive and therefore very easy to catch on to.

8. "Hollaback Girl" (Gwen Stefani)

As soon as this song comes on you know everyone in the room is ready to start jumping up and down and screaming to it. You can just yell it so loudly it takes the life out of you. If you still have energy by the time this song is over, you did it wrong.

I hope that by using these songs as your emotional therapy, you will find that there are in fact ways to get through your bad moods without necessarily taking it out on anyone else in particular. Everyone needs those drives sometimes. Next time you'll be more prepared!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
