The Pros And Cons Of Coming Home For The Summer
WFUV

When I was at school, I couldn't wait to go home for the summer and finally be away from school. Now that I'm at home, I already can't wait to get back at school. Funny how things change based on where you are. However, no matter where you're at, a small piece of you will still miss the other place. Here is a list of some of the pros and cons of coming home for summer.

Cons

1. Unpacking.

Did I take this much stuff to school? I don't remember it being this bad!

2. Getting a job.

3. Not being able to eat whenever you want like at the dining hall because your mom doesn’t keep food stocked.

4. Being questioned about where you’re going... all of the time. Everywhere you go.

5. Siblings.

Even though you miss them while you're at school, this feeling passes quickly.

6. Missing your college friends.

Pros

1. Seeing your high school friends.

2. Being able to read whatever you want.

3. No school work/finals/stress.

4. Binge watching Netflix with no feelings of guilt.

5. Spending time with your family and pets.

So there you have it, a complete list of all of the benefits and negatives of being home for the summer. What are you doing this summer? Does this list represent all of the pros and cons that you're experiencing this summer break? Leave your comments below!
