In This Article:

I'll make a great wife, best friend, and everything that comes in between.

I promise I won't always make you do the dishes.

I hate doing the dishes, but if you really love me you'll be in charge of doing them. However, I know some days you won't want to so I'll do them...or we can order pizza and drink from plastic cups and call it a night.

I will still kiss you when I'm mad.

Not saying the kiss will make it better, but I will never not show you affection. Just because I'm upset, vice versa, doesn't mean I don't want you. I will always want affection from you and I will never want to stay mad at you over anything.

I will always hug you first thing when you or I come home.

I know because of my job, I may not be able to talk to you all day, so when you come home from work, or if you beat me to the house, I will want a hug first thing. I want to be able to tell you about my day and listen to you tell me about yours. I'm interested in what you do and how you support us. I'll always be here to listen to you.

I will always tell you how handsome I think you are.

I will always boost your confidence. That's with anything, not just physical appearance. However, I never let a day go by without telling you how good I think you look. I know when I end up with you, I will be the luckiest girl in the world. I will think you are the most gorgeous man inside and out.

I will love you more and more every day.

I will do little things every day to show you how much I love you. I never want a day to go by where you don't think I love you or that there isn't a spark between us. I will always want you. I will always be there for you. I will always love you.

There are lots more promises I will make to you every day. I love you more than you know.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
