Google Calendar has saved my life. You can incorporate multiple calendars into one and with just a click of a button, you can see everything you have coming up.
2. Complete assignments BEFORE their due date.
This is easier said than done, but it is always nice completing assignments ahead of time, that way when the due date rolls around, you are frantically trying to complete it.
3. Follow a regular sleep schedule.
It is said that you should wake up and go to bed at the same time every day to feel your best.
4. Exercise on the daily.
Exercising is a form of therapy. Not only are you taking care of your body, you are also taking care of your mind.
5. Do not avoid self care.
Just don't avoid it. Trust me. Always schedule in time (in your Google Calendar) for yourself to relax.
