Product Review: Nutchello

No, it's not Nutella related.

Recently a new product in the drink market came to my attention - Nutchello. My first thought (and probably yours as well) was that it had something to do with Nutella. Well, I was kind of right and kind of wrong. It is a nut-based product like Nutella (made with hazelnuts), and the names are obviously similar. However, Nutchello has nothing to do with the Ferrero company that makes Nutella. Nutchello is made by Silk. You know, that milk brand that is a saving grace for all of us lactose intolerant people thanks to their Almond, Cashew, Coconut, etc. milk options. Just a few days ago I found a coupon for this new fancy drink and decided to test it out. Here's my review.

Rating:

3.5 out of 5 stars

Why?

Maybe it's because I'm not partial to change but I just can't make my mind up about this product yet. It took me ages to be comfortable with my switch from Lactaid to Silk Coconut milk. This obviously isn't going to be any easier.

Description:

It's thicker than I'm used to drinks being, but all Silk products are like that. I've only had the opportunity to try the Rich Dark Chocolate + Walnuts flavor. The chocolate flavor definitely stands out more than the walnut, but that's to be expected since it's dark chocolate. Essentially, it tastes like a richer, slightly smoky (thanks to the walnuts) version of chocolate milk.

The other flavors are Caramel Almonds + Cashews and Toasted Coconut + Cashews. Personally, I think they should throw in one with hazelnuts, but that's just my Nutella obsession talking. If you like Silk products or are just looking for a way to vamp up your milk life, I definitely suggest giving it a try!

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

Happy Birthday Cake

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
