Everyone procrastinates. I am certainly an expert, especially when it comes to tedious assignments I'd rather not do at all. I'm sure the procrastinator in all of you reading can understand the struggle, told by Mr. Robot's main character.
1. When the professor says, "Start early. You can't do this assignment the night before."
2. Sitting down to start the assignment even though you'll decide to put it off until tomorrow
But we know "tomorrow" really doesn't mean tomorrow.
3. After someone asks if you've started any of the assignments
Soon, maybe?
4. When you start working and realize you need a few hours break after 10 minutes of staring at the prompt
5. When you still haven't done anything, and the assignment is due the next morning
6. "Will I ever finish this?"
7. Finally getting everything done, even if it cost you a few hours of sleep
Who needs sleep anyway?
8. "I won't procrastinate next time."
Sure...but it's only a matter of time until the cycle starts again.
