A few months ago, my friend gave me a recipe for Weight Watchers bagels. Of course, I changed it up a little bit and added my all-time favorite, Everything Bagel. If my stomach is ever upset, the probiotic cultures in Greek yogurt even me out. Not only that, but they're really good!
4 Servings // Prep Time: 15 minutes // Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons Everything Bagel
Directions:
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt in a medium bowl.
- Split batter into four equal parts.
- Roll parts into "sausages" and then lock them together into tire shapes by rubbing the ends together with fingers.
- Bake at 350℉ for 23 minutes.
- Whisk egg in small bowl. Stir in Everything Bagel.
- Take bagels out of oven. Egg wash tops of bagels.
- Bake at 500℉ for 2 minutes.
- Let cool and serve.
