As the spring semester is abruptly coming to its dramatic finale, I couldn't resist but ponder over why I wholeheartedly rejoice in the spring semester more than the fall semester. The spring semester brings more liveliness and euphoria amidst students like me because there is an intricately woven sentiment that revolves around a major sense of accomplishment.
Unlike the fall semester, the spring semester is far more promising since we are moving higher up towards our academic studies and have less time until graduation. As lifelong students, graduation will always be the most special and memorable moments of our lives. In other words, the spring semester expedites the grandiose pathway towards graduation faster and it creates a myriad of ecstasy and motivation within me!
Furthermore, the spring semester embraces the happiness associated with the feeling of spring and summer. The fall semester is more geared to bidding adieu to summer and moving rapidly along the pace of life as college really starts to hit you! Also, the beginning of the fall semester is primarily focused on acclimating to the courses you are enrolled in and figuring out possible modes of success. In contrast, the spring semester is the turning point for every student as students are more well-aware of their course expectations and begin preparing for their summer goals.
In reality, the spring semester is the pivotal period of personal and professional growth as opposed to the fall semester. The fall semester serves as the roadmap towards the desired destination aka the spring semester!
