With finals week underway, it isn't uncommon to find yourself awake and studying at 3 am, binging on unhealthy foods like chips and soda. Although tasty, these foods will make you tired and slow when it comes down to test taking. These healthy recipes will help to keep your mind sharp for studying!

1. Apple Nachos

Ingredients:

- 1 apple

- 1/2 cup of melted peanut butter

- Handful of almond slivers

- Handful of coconut flakes

- Handful of chocolate chips

- Handful of dried cranberries

Instructions:

1. Cut the apple into thin slices and arrange on a plate.

2. Melt peanut butter for 30-second intervals in the microwave, then drizzle over apple slices.

3. Top with almonds, coconut, chocolate and cranberries.

4. Done!

2. Trail Mix

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of almonds

- 1 cup of walnuts

- 1 cup of sunflower seeds

- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries

- 1/2 cup of dried blueberries

- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and you're done!

3. Granola Bars

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats

- 1 cup of pitted dates

- 1 cup of almonds

- 1/2 cup of almond butter

- 1/2 cup of honey

- Handful of chocolate chips

- Handful of mini marshmallows

-Handful of dried cherries

Instructions:

1. Blend 1/2 cup of oats and dates in food processor.

2. Add in the rest of the oats, almonds, marshmallows, chocolate and cherries. Mix.

3. Melt honey and almond butter for 30-second intervals in the microwave, then add to bowl and mix.

4. Spread onto lined baking sheet and refrigerate for one hour.

5. Done!
