I, like everyone else in the world I feel, loves potatoes. I absolutely love potatoes no matter what their shape, size, kind, or what they are covered in. Potatoes are so healthy and good for you! Although fun fact, back in the olden days (from what I remember from history is during the Medival time period) people thought potatoes were very poisonous and led to terrible diseases. But that is very far from the case! Potatoes have 0.2 g of solid fat, only 13 mg of sodium, and 4.3 g of protein! How can you not love these amazing, starchy hunks of deliciousness!
