Life after graduation can be tough. Suddenly, you're thrust out of the safety of the college bubble into the real world. You're jobless, in debt, and probably weigh a little more than you did when you first got to school. But, you can take comfort in the fact that you're not the only one feeling this way. Here is what the summer after college graduation is like:

1. The morning of graduation day you woke up and felt super accomplished and confident.

2. But then after you were actually handed the diploma, it suddenly became too real.

3. You decide to put off entering the "real world" for a little while longer. Traveling sounds like a good plan....

4. But when you look at your bank account and realize how much money you spent on food during the school year, this happens:

5. You try to forget how broke you are and enjoy the summer, but at any kind of family gathering or party, you're bombarded with questions about your career plans.

6. Or worse, your older relatives keep asking when you're going to get married.

7. At home, whenever you're watching Netflix, your parents decide to ask why you don't have a job yet. Naturally, you get really defensive:

8. You try to look on the bright side when interview offers don't come after you send out a bunch of resumes.

9. Sometimes though, it starts to get to you and you begin questioning every life decision you've made since the third grade. Did you even pick the right major?!

10. You channel your stress into rants about everything that's wrong with the world.

11. When you finally get that job interview, you have to give yourself a pep talk.

12. You start to realize your "special skills" aren't so special because thousands of other recent grads have them too.

13. Then they ask you if you can work Saturdays, and you think to yourself:

14. You search "entry level jobs" online and finally find the perfect one, but then you scroll down a little further and i says you need three years of experience.

15. Luckily, a lot of you're friends are stuck in similar situations, so you can all suffer together. And when you're hanging out, you can almost forget all the stress in your life...at least for a little while.
