Your emotional health would improve and it is very important to have a good emotional health, the feeling of happiness should always be felt everyday in order to have productive and positive thinking.

A part of having a positive attitude, is also doing stuff for others. Even by starting a conversion with someone or a friendly hello or a smile can make anyone's day. Most importantly it can make your day. You never know who you meet or how a friendly smile can have such a positive impact on someone.

Some studies show that being happy or having that positive attitude, helps you live longer! I don't know about you but having a smile on my face everyday and being genuinely positive for just a few extra years isn't so bad.
