The best app to download when you're trying to be stylish on a budget.
I discovered Poshmark a few years ago when I bought a gently used North Face backpack for only $35, it's now 3 years later and I'm still using it.
Poshmark is an online website and app where you can buy and sell used and new clothing, accessories, and makeup. Most items are used but sometimes people post an item that is new with tags, or new without tags and has actually never been worn/used. Sellers can post a picture of anything that they have but don't use and list it as a price they think it should sell for. Buyers can offer the seller a lower price and they can accept, counteroffer, or decline and wait for someone to buy the item at the full price.
Items can range from $2 to $2000 and up, Poshmark includes brands from Brandy Melville to Chanel. There are brand new items and also a lot of great vintage finds on Poshmark, recently I purchased a 1997 Seattle Mariners crew neck sweatshirt. Poshmark has SO many listings it's sometimes hard to sort through, you really have to be specific in the search bar and categories. When shopping, you can look into different brands and click a brand to follow or shop in and Poshmark will bring you to a page with only that brand. For example, Poshmark can bring you to a page with only American Eagle Outfitters clothing and items under that brand name, which makes it easier to shop for brands you love.

A great part about Poshmark is that a buyer can talk directly with a seller by commenting on the listing. On the listing, you can comment and ask a sizing question, if there's any tears or issues with the listing if they'll accept a different price, etc. Also, many sellers do a deal where they will charge less if you do whats called a bundle. A bundle is where you buy more than one item from the sellers closet and they sometimes give you a deal or cheaper shipping.
Poshmark also has Posh Parties, a Posh Party is an online shopping event that are themed by brand or style depending on the time of day. Poshmark editors will invite you to some like men's clothing Posh Party, a best in shoes Posh Party, or a best in boutiques Posh Party. They are usually organized well together and involve bundles or a percentage off if you buy at the party.
The only downsides I've found using Poshmark is that you usually have to pay the full $6.49 for 1-3 day shipping, but your first order is only $4.99 shipping and sometimes sellers will give you a discounted shipping price on an item. Poshmark also has PoshProtect, which means that Poshmark will give you a full refund if the item you purchased never ships or doesn't come in as it's supposed to look at the listing description says. Also if you refer your friends to join Poshmark once they make their first purchase they get $5 off and you get $5 off on your next purchase, a win-win.
