When the top to the bottom

of your vertebrae is tensed up

causing pain to your body

When those blue jeans

are more torn than usual

When the candle

no longer let the flame live

It's tired, worked up, & worn out

Your shoulders feel heavy

and you are about to fall down

Like that horse

that has too much weight on it

But it keeps going

even if it's being pulled by its mouth

Keep pushing,

keep on walking

even when times get rough

Don't weaken up be tough

Even when you feel like screaming, "ENOUGH!"
