"Lost"

With a book,

I am lost.

I travel with each character

on the journey that awaits them.

I enter a world

where the trees

have souls and

the wind has a mind of its own.

I fall for the prince

who rescues me,

from the treacherous

fire

breathing

Dragon.

I live for adventures

that live on pages.

If only...

life was one

big book.



"Imagination"

It starts as young children

running through the trees,

a girl and a boy,

a Queen and a King.

Creating a world,

Or two,

Where the trees

become their castles,

with a princess

waiting

to be rescued.

And it happens.

We grow up…

with the memories

of childhood

locked away forever.

Where memories

are cherished

and not forgotten.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
