Each night that I rest my head

For you, I yearn to get out of bed

The thought of you waiting on the counter

Temps me to get up and drink you

No other beverage is as exhilarating as you

I will never be unfaithful

For I know that you are here for me too

When I wake up I head straight to the kitchen

For I want one thing only

And that is you, my only vision

As I fill you up in a large cup

I press my lips against it

You trickle down my throat

Burning a bit, but I cannot revoke

The flavors you bring,

Such as caramel, mint, and vanilla bean

Are oh so wonderful

I can feel you filling my body with energy,

I appreciate your help to make me alive

For is was so hard to get out of bed and start my day

But you;

You make it all okay

And now,

I can make it through my day

After I have a second cup around 4 p.m.
