Nothing is replied to faster than a post that says "Does anyone have any podcast recommendations?" Yes, I have a growing artillery of podcasts that I would like to finally talk about with someone HERE TAKE THEM. But really, why is it so easy to burn through all of your podcasts. I mean, you would think the fact they post weekly would mean you have infinite content, right? Wrong. I am a content addict who cannot be satisfied and I assume you are too, that's why you're here. So here we go, these are my current podcast recommendations. You can finally have some noise when you are making that 40-minute commute into the city or if you're like me, while you're showering.

Some of these I don't normally recommend because I assume a regular podcast listener would already be familiar with them. However, if this is your first time hearing about any of these pods or you have put off listening to them, you're wrong and you need to subscribe right now.

1. Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness

Yes, THAT Jonathan. You're favorite beautiful gay from Netflix's Queer Eye. Getting Curious is all about exploring Jonathon's curiosities about anything and everything. And yes, you can expect some cameos by some of the other Queer Eye guys. With over 70 episodes to date, this podcast will definitely fill up your pod queue.

2. Perfectly Incapable

Who doesn't want to be one of the first ones to discover a great podcast? Perfectly Incapable is a pretty new pod where hosts Adam and Luis hilariously unpack their 'dysfunctional mishaps', dating fails, coming out and everything in between. It's easy to get addicted to this one.

3. Exposed with Motoki Maxted

Exposed is all about Motoki Maxted and Emmett Barnes diving into anything and everything from super real topics to really REALLY weird ones. The duo have natural banter and are two of the funniest people I've ever heard.

3. The Tiny Meat Gang Podcast

I know I've already mentioned how funny some of the other podcasts are but nothing compares to the TMG podcast. However, it's not for the faint of heart. If you are "sensitive" maybe you should stick to serial.

4. Curious with Josh Peck

Yeah, it's THAT Josh Peck but no this is not a Nickelodeon-themed podcast. Josh Peck is 100x more than your favorite child star and has lived an incredibly interesting life. He is a fantastic interviewer and explores his curiosities with his friends. By "friends" I mean folks like Josh Gad, John Stamos, Wayne Brady, just to name a few (I would definitely start with Josh Gad's its intriguing).

5. The Basement Yard

Funny banter. Plain and simple.

6. The Black Tapes

The Black Tapes Podcast is a paranormal-themed podcast exploring a series of mysterious black tapes. That's all I'll say about it.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
