1. The Adventure Zone

This D&D podcast hosted by the McElroy brothers, Justin, Travis, and Griffin, and their dad Clint has a special place in my heart. Not only are there multiple LGBTQ+ NPCs, one of the main characters is too! It is guilty of the 'Kill Your Gays' trope in one of the arcs, but they realized what they did and added more LGBTQ+ characters to make up for it!

2. Welcome To Night Vale

You already knew that this would be on the list. "Welcome To Night Vale" is a radio-style podcast where we follow radio host Cecil Baldwin as he reports on the supernatural happenings in the town and talks about his now-husband Carlos. It is through the Night Vale Presents Network and was created by Joseph Fink and Jeffrey Cranor.

3. Alice Isn't Dead

Also by the team behind WTNV, "Alice Isn't Dead" is a podcast about a woman searching for her wife whom she previously thought was dead. Similar to WTNV, supernatural happenings are following our protagonist in her journey. Despite everything trying to stop her, she continues on her journey to find her wife.

4. The Deep Vault

"The Deep Vault" is an audio drama that takes place in a pre-apocalyptic US. The podcast follows a group of friends as they travel from the surface world into an underground bunker in search of supplies and answers. It is created by Marc Sollinger and Dan Powell and is currently completed at 7 episodes.

The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
