5 Podcasts Created By Women That You Need To Listen To

There's something so special and cathartic about listening to podcasts; especially when they're women-run and narrated.

Pretty much every day of our lives we are told what to do and how to live by men, so yes...it's very refreshing to plug into a podcast that you can relate to and relax with.

Whether the pod covers topics of relationships, work-life, friendships, or anything in between, I highly recommend trying out podcasts if you've never before.

Here are 5, women-run and narrated podcasts that you all should be listening to:

3. Girls Gotta Eat

4. 2 Dope Queens

SMNTY is the "big sister" of podcasts. Co-hosts Bridget Todd & Anney Reese "keep it real with a research-driven rundown of the ever-evolving challenges facing women today and throughout history, paired with smart, strategic solutions to further women's lives, careers, and activism". It's inspiring, educational, and fun. Highly recommend!

It's officially December. There is less than a month of 2024, and I still feel like yesterday was summer. Now comes the merriest time of the year, the Christmas season.

Everyone has been waiting for this time of year since mid-October (which is way too early, in my opinion) or before. It's a time of love, family, memory-making, and gift-giving. A lot of times when I ask friends and family what they want, I get a lot of "I don't know" or "I don't care."
