Have you ever wanted to get into listening to Podcasts but don't know where to start? I was the same way a few months ago until I just started asking for recommendations from everyone I know. In this list are a lot of those recommendations, as well as some I have found on my own. All of these are perfect to listen to while you are taking a study break because a lot of them don't involve a lot of brain power, they are fun and simple.

In no particular order, here are 10 podcasts every college student should be listening to:

1. "Congratulations."

With Chris D'elia. Chris is a comedian and if you don't recognize the name, you have probably seen a joke of his on Twitter or Facebook. His jokes are hilarious and real. You get a sneak peek into the "behind the scenes" of a comedians life and it's very interesting.

2. "Views."

With David Dobrik and Jason Nash. These two are pretty popular Youtubers. I have always been a big fan of David Dorbik, it's interesting to see him talk for an hour straight and unedited. This podcast will definitely give you some insight into the chaos that is David and his "squad".

3. "Mile Higher."

With Kendall Rae and Joshledore. The married couple are also Youtubers. They do a lot of videos based on conspiracy theories and true crime topic. That is exactly what this podcast is except more in depth. If you like that kind of stuff, this one is for you!

4. "F*ckin Chill."

With Cody Ko, who is also a Youtuber. I know this list includes a lot of them but you can't blame me. He is hilarious and probably one of my favorite podcasts because he is so honest and doesn't hide the truth.

5. "Shane and Friends."

With Shane Dawson and Jessie. My favorite Youtuber of all time. I have been a big fan of his for awhile and the fact that he has a podcasts makes me so happy. It's just another platform where I can listen to his crazy stories for hours!

6. "Popcorn."

With Mitchell Davis and Jack Ferry. This is a hilarious movie review podcast. It is done so well, I would say it's the perfect movie review podcast for college students.

7. "Psychobabble."

With Tyler Oakley and Korey Kuhl. Another Youtuber. I'm sorry, but Tyler Oakley is hilarious and uses his platform to spread awareness about things he is really passionate about.

8. "The Tiny Meat Gang."

With Cody Ko and Noel Miller. I talked about Cody Ko in number four, but this one is with his best friend, Noel Miller. Together they are "The Tiny Meat Gang" and they are hilarious. You will be crying from laughing so hard by the end of the podcast.

9. "Guys We F***d."

With Krystyna Hutchinson and Corinne Fisher. This is a Podcast where the two hosts, Krystyna and Corinne, bring gentlemen they have had sex with on their show. By interviewing them, we get a whole different version of a story time.

10. "Ted Talks Daily."

This one is a lot different from the others on the list but I have always been a huge fan of Ted Talks. They post every day and they are really short clips ( about 10 minutes each), so you can listen to these on your way to school.

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Feeling Lost During Syllabus Week? You're Not Alone!

Kourtney Kardashian

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
