Places To Move After This Election

The 2016 presidential election will go down in history as the weirdest and most controversial election. It's crazy and many people say that our country as a whole is screwed regardless of who gets elected. I'm not here to write to you about different political opinions, who to vote for, for anything related to politics really. This is an attempt to present you with some great alternative places to live for the next 4 years or until our next president gets removed from office. I love my country and the USA, but it might be a great idea to take an extended vacation for a while. Here are the best options I could come up with:

1. Canada

I think this is the most obvious choice. You'll be just north of the country but far enough across the border to not be affected by whatever occurs in the future. It may be a little cold and boring, but I think it'd be worth it.

2. Switzerland

This is the most peaceful option. You can live in the mountains or in the small european cities in one of the most neutral and peaceful country in the world. Personally, I think this is where I would try to go.

3. A deserted island

This would be your most ideal option. A perfect place for a getaway if you can find an island deserted from humanity. You can tune out the entire world because most likely the whole world will be affected by this presidency.

4. Mexico

This one is kind of ironic considering Trump's views on immigration reform. But, Mexico does have some pretty resorts and places. You'll lay on a beach for 4 years with no worries of going back, especially if Trump were to be in office (he may not let you back in the country). And as for Hillary, she may just let all of Mexico in and that makes for a more peaceful vacation for you. So really, you can't lose.

5. The Moon

This one may be a little bit more pricey, but if you can make it there that'd be pretty cool.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
