Kay Campbell, R.Ph. Kristine Isaacson, Pharm.D., R.Ph. Dieter Isaacson, C.Ph.T.

Kay Campbell, R.Ph., earned her bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Kay started her career in retail pharmacy, working for 11 years at Ridgeway Pharmacy in Uvalde, Texas, where she gained expertise in independent and community pharmacies. Kay maintained her work after returning to her hometown of Amherst, Texas. She worked in community pharmacy for 24 years at Lowe's Pharmacy and Prescription Shop, which inspired her to open her own pharmacy. Kay and Kristine launched K & K Pharmacy in June 2011 with the objective of serving unique patient requirements and focusing on customer care. "If you take care of your clients, they will take care of you."

Kay is a member of the Texas Pharmacy Association, the National Community Pharmacists Association, and the Muleshoe Chamber of Commerce. Kay is also a Hospital and Hospice Consultant Pharmacist and a main source of vaccination information and administration. Kay likes traveling, working at her church, attending athletic events, and spending time with her husband, Steve, two daughters, and four grandchildren, Lexi, Kade, Kallan, and Jacob.

Kristine Isaacson, Pharm.D., R.Ph., received her bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Houston School of Pharmacy after attending Texas Tech University. She subsequently went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Tech University. Kristine has worked in independent, retail, hospital, and institutional pharmacies, with a focus on geriatric pharmacy and compounding. In 2004, she earned her Geriatrics Certification. She now serves as the owner and CEO of RxPert Pharmacy Consulting Services. Her interests include geriatric medication administration, long-term care facility compliance, and resident care excellence. She has also given presentations to the Texas Pharmacy Association and pharmaceutical corporations on Alzheimer's disease, depression, hyperlipidemia, and psychosis.

Kristine likes speaking at health focus groups and teaching people about the advantages of pharmaceutical treatment management. Her professional affiliations include the Texas Pharmacy Association, the National Community Pharmacists Association, the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, and the Muleshoe Chamber of Commerce. Kristine enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with her husband Dieter and their four children.

Dieter Isaacson - Owner, Certified Pharmacy Technician, attended Monterey High School in Lubbock, Texas, and graduated in 1987. He served in the United States Army from 1988 to 1991 before relocating to Muleshoe, Texas. He has four children, John Ryan, Lauren, Jack, and James, and has been married to Kristine for 23 years. His favorite color is blue, he appreciates all types of cuisine, he adores Star Wars movies, and he enjoys water skiing.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
