I Definitely Didn't See Peter Weber With Kelly Flanagan Coming... Or Did I?

Wait, it's a bird, it's a plane, it's… a predetermined relationship update?

I Definitely Didn't See Peter Weber With Kelly Flanagan Coming... Or Did I?

Early this month, is was strongly hinted that Peter Weber is now in a relationship with the attorney Kelly Flanagan. Who could see this coming, right? Well, I think the signs were there.

Many audiences were just drawn into the hype of the finale of season 24 of "The Bachelor" to see this coming.

I recall how Kelly was as cool as a cucumber while the seventh elimination round was commencing. To be honest, her attitude was quite bold. She sat back and proceeded to take a nap while Peter went on to talk to the other women.

However, Kelly was surprised and upset when she was sent home.

Honestly, that episode was a mess and poor Pilot Pete was stuck with women that were simply not good partners for him. There was a lot of dramatic flare, and the thought that went through my mind was that Peter wasn't really in love with any of those final contestants.

It just didn't seem or look convincing.

Yes, Peter is a bit fresh in the romantic department, and it did cost him when he finally realized he had to let Hannah-Ann go and break up with Madison Prewett. But who can blame the guy? I would fumble too, and I would not know what to do if I had to deal with those beautiful and strong women.

Peter was not ready for true love.

Being on "The Bachelor" and finding your one true love in two months is a whirlwind of emotions and pressure. Despite his mistakes and emotional turbulences, I believe Pilot Pete has shaped into a better man.

We are now left with the free choice of Kelly.

It should also be noted that Kelly was not in the final Tell All in this past season. My suspicion is that she and Peter may have been an item before the tell-all. Or, at the very least, there was a kindling of passion and romantic interest.

Peter and Kelly were careful to not expose this to the media, knowing that there would be a negative backlash. (Yes, I am assuming, but one can hope right?)

In the beginning of the 24th "Bachelor" season, Kelly had an edge. She did meet Peter before the show after all, and that got the ball rolling for them.

Kelly is funny, well-spoken and kind.

If anyone has been following Kelly and Peter on social media, they will have noticed that they are together and appear to be closer than friends. What really had my head spinning was the post Peter made on Instagram with him and Kelly in a plane.

There you have it, folks. Honestly, I am happy for Peter and Kelly. It's a good match that came full circle without the fluff and dramatic flare of "The Bachelor."

Then again, sometimes you just need a push in the wrong direction to get somewhere you know is right.

an image of taylor swift standing center stage surrounded by her backup dancers in elegant peacock esque outfits with a backdrop of clouds and a box rising above the stage the image captures the vibrant aesthetics and energy of her performance during the lover era of her eras tour

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
