Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust. That's Peter Pan's fool-proof recipe for flying. It is also what some people think I need to find a guy to go along with this out-of-the-box wedding theme.

"Peter Pan" was my all-time favorite Disney movie when I was little. Every time I saw Wendy, John, and Michael fly to Neverland with Peter and Tinkerbell, I knew I was in for a great adventure. I can say for sure that I "never grew up" from loving that movie, just like Peter Pan taught me to do all those years ago.

So, why wouldn't I use "Peter Pan" as a theme? I already got my Pinterest board. It's not going to be too cartoony. I'll be very whimsical and woodland with "Peter Pan" accents, like centerpieces with inspirations from different places and characters of Neverland, and using important colors that represent the movie in the bridesmaid's dresses and table settings.

My flower girl and ring bearer will be dressed as Wendy and Peter, respectively. However, from planning this big event in my life, I have learned one important thing, besides the fact that I should be a wedding planner.

Go with your heart, even if it goes against what others think.

In life, there will be some people who will disagree with what you want or think. People should realize that, at the end of the day, you must do what is right for you and make decisions based on what makes you happy. I get teased about this wedding theme all the time by family and friends, and it is all-in-good-fun, but it's what I know and what I want. I'm not going to let anyone else change my mind.

If people say to you, "If you don't do this, I won't be friends with you," kick them to the curb because A) They are not your friend if they say that and B) You do not need that kind of negativity in your life. If you are passionate about something, make it a reality.

Don't settle for anything less.

This is what I always say about my theme. I want this theme, and if my future husband wants something different, we will compromise and go with my theme. Also, if any man is interested in this, I'll be taking applications for a future husband soon.

Please search my name on Pinterest if you want to see my theme come to life.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.
