I have always been an optimistic person, but sometimes I get down in the dumps about the smallest things.

Relationship help
There is literally something for EVERYTHING,
Your brain is your most powerful tool, once you convince it to help you change, you will.
You may have to tell yourself you can, you will, and you ARE capable of good things, otherwise, none of the above will EVER happen!
I have read a few personal development "self-help" books, but my all time favorite is, "You are a Badass."
