I love Twitter, but these days I can hardly check my feed without getting a headache. There's always some new political scandal with Russia or story about women getting harassed, and it can get pretty dismal. In dark times like these, we look to the hero of social media: Norm Kelly. Norm is a city council member of Toronto, so you'd expect his social media to be pretty straight-laced and boring. But no. Norm is a complete savage and his tweets are fire.
