Perks Of Growing Up In The Country
Lauren Mullenbach

Growing up in the country has always been something I have loved. I love the fresh air and the miles of fields I can stare at. I feel crazy blessed to have grown up in the country, the wide open spaces allowed me to learn intimate and close lessons that other people may have not. I will forever feel grateful for where I grew up.

1. Being able to clearly watch sunrises and sunsets

2. Being able to tan outside without anyone seeing you; or do anything outside for that matter

3. The air you breathe feels so good on your lungs

4. You had tons of space to run and play as a kid

5. You developed a good work ethic from doing jobs around your land

6. Your closest neighbors are at least a half of a mile down the road

7. And even though your neighbors may be a distance, you still know them like family

8. You can be as loud as you want outside

9. Campfires whenever you want

10. Lots of land means lots of fun toys like gators and tractors

11. Always having a place to call home
