We all have little talents that are kind of unconventional. Some people can make a four-leaf clover with their tongue. Some people are crazy flexible. Besides obvious things like underwater basket weaving, tight rope walking, and sword swallowing, there are 2 things I know I am pretty darn good at; bomb ass Instagram captions and loving Ed Sheeran.

I knew I wanted to eventually write an article about Ed Sheeran, especially after his immaculate return after a year hiatus. But I also had several people last week ask me about how I come up with Instagram captions. So, just like that brilliant little girl in the taco shell commercial, I thought, “Por que no los dos?” I decided to combine the two into one article in the hopes of providing the world with the perfect caption for different special moments and in the hopes of influencing more people to listen to the sweet, soulful music this precious ginger baby covers the planet with.

• When you and bae took the cutest freaking winter pics with scarves, boots, gloves, the works, and you need the perfect caption: And it’s dark in a cold December but I got you to keep me warm (Lego House)
• Perhaps the sappiest of sappy captions but also perhaps the most beautiful. Best used on #mcm or #wcw: Should this be the last thing I see, I want you to know it’s enough for me because all that you are is all that I’ll ever need. I’m so in love (Optional.
