People who do any of these are terrible drivers:
1. People on their phones.
I have no problems with people who are walking on their phones, whether it be because they are changing the song on Spotify or texting; however, some people cannot walk at the same time. They swerve everywhere, walk in the bike lane, walk slower than the flow of traffic, and run into people. If you really need to be on your phone in that exact moment, pull over. Walk to your class quicker so you have time to do whatever you need to do. Literally, do anything except get in other peoples way.
2. People who walk against the flow of traffic.
Be polite, stay on the right. Its a concept that most people are great at, but a solid few seem to be oblivious to the natural flow of traffic. If you have to constantly move between people in order to not be plowed into, maybe you should move to the other side. It annoys everyone and makes traffic go slower.
3. People who walk slow.
Maybe it's because I'm from Texas and we constantly speed everywhere, but a person can get on every one of my nerves when they walk slow (except if they have an injury or disability, if that's you keep doing great things). Walk like you have a purpose in life. I have places to be and classes to conquer, so if you choose to imitate a snail while you travel, kindly move to the side and not walk in the middle of the walkway.
4. People who walk in the bike lane.
The bike lane is there for a reason: to make it easier for bikers to bike and make it safer for people to walk. When you are walking in the bike lane, you create a dangerous situation for you and the bikers. Some bikers will swerve around you, but others will run right into you. Either way, onlookers show zero sympathy for you. Pay attention to where you are walking. Don't walk in the bike lane, and if you have to walk in it, then look both ways before you cross.
